Returns

Because every Daly Wood Designs piece is handcrafted, we can only accept returns if an item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described.

To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@dalywooddesigns.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos clearly showing the damage or defect

Custom or personalised items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If an item was damaged in transit, you may choose between a replacement (subject to availability) or a full refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are damaged or defective. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery if you need an exchange.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this window, materials may already be in production and a refund may not be possible.
