Spalted Beech & Walnut Round Coffee Table

This handcrafted piece showcases natural spalted beech, featuring dark, winding lines running through the grain created by fungal activity during the wood's drying process. Each table is entirely unique due to the unrepeatable nature of spalted wood patterns. The solid walnut legs are hand-rounded to encourage tactile interaction — every edge was considered not just for how it looks, but for how it feels to pass by and reach out. Finished in Osmo Polyx hardwax oil (matte), which protects the surface while maintaining direct contact with the wood's natural texture and warmth.
